OSD-IMT provides initial design, classification stage design, detailed engineering and cost estimating services for new build vessels, upgrades and conversions.

Although OSD-IMT is well known for designing and developing offshore support vessels, it also has a wide experience in designing cable ships, product tankers, passenger and vehicle ferries, patrol and research vessels, fishing vessels, semi-submersibles, container vessels, gas tankers, refrigerated vessels, dry cargo vessels, luxury yachts etc.

The company's permanent staff project team of 18 includes naval architects, marine engineers and experienced shipyard trained draughtsmen.

OSD-IMT originates from IMT Marine Consultants Ltd. which was founded in 1989 to provide Naval Architecture Marine and Engineering consultancy services to the shipping and offshore industries.
